While working at the bank, I saw a large flow of customers, these were legal entities and individuals who wanted to get loan funds to support the operation of an existing business, pay taxes, and launch a new business project. In 90% of cases, customers were refused. The reasons are the same: lack of official income, bad credit history, lack of property for collateral. As a rule, a bank’s refusal to issue a loan leads to bankruptcy of organizations, and for start-up entrepreneurs, this means giving up their dreams. Moving into the construction business, I began to work closely with investors. We attracted private investment funds for the implementation of projects for the construction of apartment buildings and cottage settlements. The experience was interesting and successful. Comparing the mechanism of attracting bank credit and private investment funds, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to combine the two financial areas for the development of entrepreneurship in Russia.
